  2. Heating the cream is essential to get proper on the chocolate. But not too much. If it’s too much, it splits the chocolate. Give it some time if it gets too much hot. 
  3. Take a heatproof bowl and pour the hot cream into the chocolate. If it’s dark chocolate, you have enough cream. Hence try to push the chocolate below the cream. If it’s white chocolate, you need not worry about the mixing.
