Healthy Muffins Recipe With Banana

Muffins are everyone’s favorites. However, when it comes to healthy eating, we need to give up our breakfast pastries. The best part is that you can bake these delectable and healthy muffins on your own. The process is also quite easy, and hence, you can make these muffins on a regular basis as well. Dark Chocolate Oat Banana Blueberry Muffins Ingredients

Oats: 2 cup 

Wheat Flour: 1 ½ cup

Brown Sugar: ½ cup

Chia Seeds: 2 tablespoon

Baking Powder: 2 teaspoon

Baking Soda: ¾ teaspoon

Ginger: ¼ teaspoon (ground)

Cinnamon: ½ teaspoon (ground)

Salt: ½ teaspoon

Banana: 3 (mashed)

Low-Fat Buttermilk: 1 cup

Vegetable Oil: 2 tablespoon

Eggs: 1

Dark Chocolate: 2 oz

Healthy Muffins: Method

To prepare the healthy muffins, preheat the oven to 380 degrees. Arrange 18 muffin paper cups. Take a large bowl and add all the dry ingredients step by step. Mix them well. In another medium-sized bowl, mix banana, eggs, oil, and buttermilk. Now, beat this mixture to make a smooth paste. Add this paste to the dry mix. Mix all the ingredients well and pour it to the prepared 18 cups. Bake the healthy muffins for at least 20 minutes. It can take more time. However, checking with a toothpick will let you know when the muffin is perfectly baked. On the wire rack, let the muffins cool for 10 minutes. You can wish to taste these muffins hot as well. While serving, drizzle with chocolate syrup and have fun.

Peanut Butter Honey Banana Healthy Muffins

 Wheat Flour: 2 cups

Baking Powder: 1 teaspoon

Baking Soda: 1/2 teaspoon

Salt: 1/4 teaspoon

Nutmeg: 1/4 teaspoon (ground)

 Bananas: 3 large (mashed)

 Honey: 1/3 cup

Coconut Oil: 1/4 cup (melted)

 Egg: 1

 Pure Vanilla Extract: 1 teaspoon

Peanut Butter: 1/2 cup

Milk: 1/3 cup

Healthy Muffins: Method

Preheat the oven to 320 degrees. Arrange 18 muffin paper cups. Take a large bowl and add all the dry ingredients step by step. Mix them well. In another medium-sized bowl, mix banana, eggs, oil, and buttermilk. Now, beat this mixture to make a smooth paste. Add this paste to the dry mix. Mix all the ingredients well and pour it to the prepared 18 cups. Bake the healthy muffins for at least 17-18 minutes. It can take more time. However, checking with a toothpick will let you know when the muffin is perfectly baked. On the wire rack, let the muffins cool for 10 minutes. You can wish to taste these muffins hot as well.
