Low Calorie Desserts: Method

Firstly, you need to make the carrot layer in this carrot jelly. In a large bowl, add the carrot and three tablespoons sugar, pineapple juices, ginger juice, honey, cloves, and cinnamon. Now, add this entire mixture to a large skillet over medium heat. Add the gelatin and stir continuously until the gelatin melts and mixes with the rest. Remove from heat and add almond extract, vanilla, and bourbon. Now, place it with cooking spray. Coat a square-shaped baking dish with cooking spray.

The second step is creating a fluffy and smooth the crème layer. In a bowl, add the evaporated milk, sugar, vermouth, lemon and orange juices, and a little vanilla. Pour it in a small skillet over medium heat. Add the gelatin and stir continuously until the gelatin melts and mixes with the rest. Let this layer cool for 2-3 minutes. Now, in a tray, add the carrot layer at the bottom and the crème layer at the top. Keep in the refrigerator for at least 4-5 hours. Cutting this jelly is also a very delicate process. First, you need to let the jelly come out quickly from the dish. Hence, dip the bottom of the dish into warm water and keep dipping for some time. Then, cut into diamond shapes with a knife. Finally, remove it with a spatula and serve.
