Chocolate Coconut Milk Mousse Recipe
Coconut milk two cans
Cocoa powder 4 tsp
4 tsp for sweetener you can use maple syrup, liquid sweetener or coconut nectar.
The salt you need is only a pinch
Vanilla extract 2 tsp
Chocolate 150 g it is optional.
Open the tin and shake the coconut milk. Pour coconut milk into a bowl and whisk it until it was adequately mixed. Now, add cocoa powder, salt, vanilla extract, and sweetener. Mix all these ingredients properly with an electric whisk for at least 2-4 minutes. Make sure that everything combines nicely. Easy Chocolate Mousse
1 cup cold cream
Chocolate chips 1 cup
Grated chocolate for garnish, and some chopped nuts.
Take ½ cup cream and put it in the microwave so that it can melt for 1 minute. Now add chocolate chips to it and mix them properly. Keep the bowl aside for 4 to 5 minutes so that chocolate melts. Whisk the cream and chocolate together until they combine. Keep this bowl aside to cool down, now you whip the remaining cream. Pour the remaining cream into a clean bowl. Give a whisk with an electric mixer until it forms soft. Now pour ½ cream into another bowl and keep it in the fridge for topping. Now fold the cream into fresh chocolate in three additions with the help of a spatula. Do this very gently, pour the mixture into three cocktail glasses. Please keep it in the fridge for 1 hour, before serving pour the remaining whipped cream and sprinkle some grated chocolate and nuts on your chocolate mousse. Your chocolate mousse is ready to eat.
